Moscow police detained 40 people celebrating Adolf Hitler’s birthday


MOSCOW, April 20 – RIA Novosti. Visitors of one of Moscow clubs reported to the police about a group of young people throwing a party in the honor of Adolf Hitler’s birthday. On arrival, police detained about 40 people, seized their weapons and Nazi symbols, told RIA Novosti source in the law enforcement forces of the capital.

“According to information received from club’s guests, the detained individuals were celebrating Hitler’s birthday. Weapons, as well as a portrait of Hitler were found in the club”, – said the source.

The capital police department has confirmed the detention of a large group of young people and seizure of their weapons.

“On Monday evening the police conducted a search operation in an entertainment facility in the south-east area of Moscow. They detained about 40 people. They seized four units of traumatic weapons, more than 10 knives and a few knuckle-dusters” – told spokesman officer to RIA Novosti.

According to him, all the detainees are now delivered to the police department for identification and verification for involvement in various crimes in the capital.
