ISIS released video with threats towards Russia

As reported by Reuters, the terrorist organization Islamic State released a video calling for a jihad against Russia.

According to the agency, a 9-minute video contains an appeal to President Vladimir Putin, and threats.

It was not reported who posted the video, but the link to the video clip was sent from Telegram account, used by the ISIS militants, Reuters said.

In late July, the head of the Federal Security Service (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov said that Russian security services are monitoring more than 200 potential suicide bombers.

In mid-May, the FSB together with the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan stopped activity of a criminal group whose members were planning to commit terrorist attacks following the “Parisian scenario” in major Russian cities.
