Deliveries of Russian diesel fuel to Ukraine stopped after the decision of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC) of Russia to cancel most of the previously issued permits to exporters.
It was reported by UNIAN agency referencing to sources in the industry media.
“On Friday, September 9, most of the permits issued earlier by FSTEC were cancelled. Deliveries have stopped,” said one of the diesel fuel importers.
According to him, Ukrainian companies urgently apply for new permits in order to unlock imports.
It was noted that at the present time it is known about stopping the supplies from Lukoil refineries.
