Two aircraft of the North Atlantic Alliance made a flyby of the Kaliningrad region on November 14. This was evidenced by the data on the western portals, tracking flights of military aircraft.

So, an American reconnaissance Boeing RC-135W came from an air base in the UK towards the Russian border, and flew along the Kaliningrad region.

At the same time, a Swedish scout Gulfstream 4 approached the region from the sea.
