Two high officials of Donbas separatists died same day

According to separatists’ media, former head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) Valery Bolotov was found dead on January 27.

Former MP of the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian parliament – RRT) Oleg Tsarev, who sided with separatists, said that Bolotov died in his house in the Moscow region.

There are no details of his death yet, the cause remains unknown (later it became known that Bolotov died of a heart failure – RRT).

Valery Bolotov was one of the separatist leaders in the Luhansk region. He became the head of the self-proclaimed LPR in May 2014, but resigned in August. Recently Bolotov was organizing supplies of humanitarian aid to LPR.
