In Simferopol people burned an effigy of the president of Turkey Erdogan (video)


In Simferopol (Crimea), near the building of the Council of Ministers of Crimea an effigy of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was burned. People made a scarecrow from straw, and attached a photo of the Turkish leader to its head.

November 25, the next day after the Russian Su-24 bomber was shot down by a Turkish fighter jet, the building of the Turkish Embassy in Moscow was stoned. On November 26 the same action took place near the Turkish Consulate in Novorossiysk. The participants burned the flag of Turkey.

Ankara has demanded from Russia to ensure the protection of diplomatic missions. In connection with actions in Moscow and Novorossiysk Turkish Foreign Ministry has called for the Russian ambassador.
