Russian politician Alexei Navalny and employees of the Fund Against Corruption (FBK) were attacked in Anapa airport.
As Navalny’s press secretary Kira Yarmysh reported on Twitter, the attack was organized by cossacks.
The project coordinator of FBK Artem Torchinskiy was injured.
According to Navalny, there were about 30 people among the attackers.
“It happened to be only 2 (two) policemen in the whole airport,” he added.
As it was stressed by Yarmysh, the police intervened only after Artem Torchinskiy was on the ground, and the attackers started kicking him. The assailants were filming the action.
