As reported by Reuters this morning, Russian Air Force by mistake struck not the ISIS positions, but urban infrastructure of the city of Idlib instead. Dozens of civilians killed.

Xinhua News Agency reported that the Syrian army has officially stated that it has no relation to the incident, and only Russian aircrafts operated in Idlib region.
The human rights organization Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that at least 150 people were hit by the air strike.
Locals in social networks estimate the number of victims among the city’s civilian population as “at least 250 people”. According to official figures, at the time of publication the death of 23 people was reliably confirmed.
The air strike has completely destroyed the city’s clinic, hospital and stadium.
