Petition demanding resignation of Dmitry Medvedev gained 215,000 signatures

Appeal to the President came after the sensational press-conference of the Prime Minister.

At the recent youth forum, Medvedev advised teachers, who are dissatisfied with their salaries, to go into business if they want to make money. The leader of the “United Russia” (Russia’s main political party – RRT) said it in 6 weeks before the parliamentary elections.

“Dmitry Medvedev will stay in his position at least until the elections,” said political analyst Gleb Pavlovsky.

Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin has not reviewed the petition yet.
