As it was clarified in the Ministry of Defense, fragments of the plane (in particular, the landing gear) were found 1.5 kilometers from the shore. They are located at a depth of 50-70 meters.
“In 5.5 kilometers from the shore an oily stain was spotted. Also, in the Black Sea were found personal belongings of passengers of the aircraft,” reported in the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Earlier it was reported that seven ships and a Mi-8 helicopter went for the search for the Tu-154 in the Black Sea.
There were 91 people on board: 8 crew and 83 passengers, including Alexandrov’s musical ensamble, and nine Russian journalists, representatives of the First Channel and Zvezda .
According to preliminary data, the cause of the fall was a technical fault or error of piloting.
