According to Forbes magazine, the cumulative wealth of 200 richest businessmen in the Russian Federation in the last year has grown from $360 to $460 billion.
The list of the most wealthiest Russians was published by the magazine Forbes Russia on Thursday, April 20th. Each businessman who got into the Forbes Top-25 list worth at least $4.5 billion. The magazinne notes that a year ago this figure was $3.6 billion.
Lake a year ago, the first place in the rating of the richest Russian businessmen is held by co-owner of Novatek and Sibur enterprises Leonid Mikhelson, whose fortune is estimated at $18.4 billion. The second place is occupied by owner of Severstal and a number of other assets Alexei Mordashov ($17.5 billion), followed by the primary owner of Novolipetsk Steel and Freight One Vladimir Lisin ($16.1 billion).
The Top-5 list is completed by co-owner of Transoil, Strojneftegaz, Stroytransgaz, Novatek and Sibur Gennady Timchenko and the main shareholder of USM Holdings Alisher Usmanov. They are followed by Vagit Alekperov, Mikhail Fridman, Vladimir Potanin, Andrei Melnichenko and Viktor Vekselberg.
