The government refused to disclose the list of Russians who were freed from paying taxes by the decree signed by president Vladimir Putin after they got under sanctions of Western countries.

A deputy of the State Duma (the lower chamber of the Russian parliament – RRT) from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Valery Rashkin sent a deputy request to the Ministry of Finance to reveal the list, but it was rejected.

Now he is going to file a complaint with the Prosecutor General’s Office. The communist told about this to Echo of Moscow radio station. He added that he does not understand why the Constitution and the law do not apply to some of the officials.
