12 more countries demand to ban Russia from 2018 Winter Olympics


12 anti-doping agencies supported the initiative of members of the Institute of National Anti-Doping Organizations (iNADO) to suspend the Russian national team from participating in the 2018 Olympic Games.

In support of this expressed their support the agencies of the Bahamas, Barbados, the French Community of Belgium, Estonia, Flanders (Belgium), Guatemala, Iceland, Spain, Poland, Puerto Rico, San Marino and Switzerland.

Previously, the anti-doping authorities of 17 countries called for the removal of Russians from the Games in Pyeongchang because of a doping scandal during the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
